Prior to dispatch
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card, but rest assured, your card will not be charged at that time. Subsequently, we will check our stock to verify the availability of the product you ordered for immediate shipment.
When that process is complete, we will proceed with processing the payment.
Order / Delivery
We aim to process your order promptly. You should expect your order to be with you within 5-9 business days.
To keep you updated on the progress of your shipment, we will send you an email containing the tracking information within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. This way, you can easily track the delivery status of your product.

If, for any reason, you have not received the tracking information within 5 business days or if you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We prioritise keeping you informed and providing a seamless shopping experience. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders cancelled after 12 hours may be subject to additional fees. If your order has already been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
